DG Lion Richard Williams from District 105CW is the 2021-22 Lions Clubs International British Isles Chair of Council (elected by the Council of Governors to support their year in office.

A member of the 2020-21 Council of Governors, Lion Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.

Richard is wished an enjoyable and successful year as Chair of Council Chair, supported by his wife Lion Jackie Williams.
