Bungay Area Lions Club Classic Vehicle Rally & Country Fayre 2023

Bungay Area Lions Club Classic Vehicles Rally & Country Fayre took place on Sunday 30th April and was a great success thanks to hundreds of adults, children, and so many good dogs(well-behaved on their leads) who came along to Earsham Hall and had a good time.

We are grateful for the support of Annabel and Rupert Derham for allowing us to use the field at Earsham Hall.

Thanks also go to those exhibiting their fantastic classic vehicles, all the craft and food/drink stallholders plus event sponsors, children’s entertainers and musical performers. On the day, we were supported by First Response First Aid Ltd and 1st Bungay Sea Scouts, as well as New Century Lions Club, providing excellent first aid, litter picking and car parking duties respectfully. Several other people also volunteered to help – thank you.

And of course, not forgetting, every member of Bungay Area Lions Club who made sure the day was planned and well run. The day could not have gone so well without you. What is the Bungay Area Classic Vehicle Rally & Country Fayre?

The popular event started in 2012 and has grown to attract around 4,000 visitors who enjoy exploring the display of 400+ classic vehicles, plus children’s entertainment, musical performances, and food/drink, craft & trade stalls. It features prizes in the following vehicle categories:

Cars,
American vehicles,
Tractors,
Heavy commercials (inc. lorries + buses),
Military,
Motor cycles (inc. scooters + mopeds).
